We thought that it was time for Buddy to have more interaction with other doggies plus we would like to find out his current weight, thus we took Buddy in for half day on 3/23.  The boys are very protective of Buddy; they were nervous to have him away from us and worried that he would get hurt there.  They could not even watch the live doggie cam when I showed them. 

    Buddy seemed to have done well there and had fun.  In the live cam, we saw that he was playing with other doggies and did not look aggressive or overly excited.  The staff checked his weight and it was 109.6lbs; thus he had gained a bit more again.  He was definitely one of the largest one there on that day. 

     Logan is learning to do jump rope during this segment of P.E.  Logan truly did not know how to do it at all and was actually somewhat intimated by it.  But he tries his best and here are his results.

    We have done the tournaments a few times on Just Dance recently.  Logan often does well and especially with the fast songs that he likes.  There are usually approximately 100 participants in these games.  Last night, Logan got #1 on one of his favorite songs lately, Heat Seeker, and with 3 songs combined, he placed #4.  He was excited that he asked me to take the screenshots of his achievement.

    Buddy is now 2 year old as of 1/25/2021.  It was a Monday, thus we could not really do too much as it was a work/school day.  I did make him a pumpkin/peanut butter/apple sauce dog cake, and we tried to get him an extra walk.  We also bought him a new bone, a toy and some treats.  We think Buddy enjoyed his birthday.  Now that he is two year old, he is definitely more patient.  He was able to wait to enjoy the cake and let me take some pictures of him first.

    My hair was getting so long that I finally could not stand it and asked Stuart back in January to chop off several inches in the back.  Then I trimmed and layered it as well as I could.  I felt so much better afterward.

     I received greetings and gifts from families and friends for this big day for me and they are all greatly appreciated.  I love all the flowers, cookies and a delivered dinner for later.  They all made my birthday even more special.

    We had initially planned to go away to Pismo Beach for the long weekend, but due to the Stay at Home order, we cancelled the plan and had stay home to relax instead.  The weather was perfect, so we started with a nice hike in the morning.  I was able to put my present, new Fitbit, in use and logged the first exercise on it.  I was tired after the hike and enjoyed a nap in the afternoon. In the evening, we had our favorite grilled shrimp dinner cooked by Stuart followed with a movie night while we indulged a delicious red velvet cake. It was a very pleasant day and I look forward to a safe and fun year.
