The Kao’s hosted the second annual Rib-Off competition.  There were three chefs presenting BBQ Ribs….Thui, Dave, and Ted.  The rest of us had the difficult task of eating and rating.   They were all good, but Thui was announced the winner taking the crown from last years winner Ted.
Before we ate, Logan had a swim in the Kao’s pool.   Since this was also the last event at Ted & Michelle’s house (as they were moving) we just had to use all the amenities.   Logan loved being in the water (again) although this time he liked staying closer to the  edge of the pool…maybe because thats where momma was hanging out.  He didn’t dunk his head in the water this time, so maybe he’s learning, and at one point it almost looked he was doing a good paddling/swimming technique.
